FACTS. - Undercover police arrested Rodriguez for getting drugs from Buford or Root, then sought her cooperation in apprehending
Buford. Police arranged for a controlled buy and prepared a draft search affidavit. During the buy, someone began sexually
accosting Rodriguez, and police entered the house and took control. Additional statements were added to the draft search affidavit,
and a warrant was issued. The search turned up evidence implicating Buford in drug dealing. PROCEEDINGS. - Buford moved to suppress, but her motion was denied. She was convicted and appealed.
